What is My lead System Pro?
Found in 2008 by Brian Fanale, Norbert Orlewicz and Todd Schlomer, MLSP claimed to provide the best Multi-Level Marketing (MLM)training tools for MLM marketers. Although I am not a big fan of MLM, I would have to say that MLSP provide one of the most comprehensive training for MLM marketers.
MLSP is based on the concept of “Attraction Marketing”. Attraction Marketing is a strategy to magnetically attract qualified prospects to your website and business who are already interested and seeking the solution you provide.
However, a skill like Attraction Marketing is hard to master, MLSP only teaches you the concepts and pitfalls of Attraction Marketing but there isn’t any step-by-step material. So your success is based on your personal ability to utilise the knowledge imparted.
Based off attraction marketing, MLSP teaches you how to promote MLSP to other MLM Marketers or home-based opportunity seekers using different Internet Marketing strategies.
Although the Internet Marketing training is useful, the length of each training video is long and inefficient. The average training video length is approximately 1hr30mins but the useful information probably only cover 20mins. It is really time consuming going through the entire series of training.
Nonetheless, if you are already an MLM marketer, MLSP is a necessity because it gives you the training you will need to build a successful MLM business, that is if you have the capability to pay for the expensive training.
However, if you are still deciding whether to become a MLM Marketer, I would suggest that you avoid MLM altogether. I am not trying to discourage you but I just want to share with you my many bad experiences with MLM Companies.
Why you shouldn’t start a MLM Business if you are not into it…
If you want to be successful in MLM, you need a strong will and mindset. You need to be EXTREMELY hardworking in order to see some success, and the company you join must have attractive products and provide good training.
From my experience, most MLM companies lack in either one of those criteria, either they have attractive products but do not provide training to its distributors, or they have good training but lack in marketable product.
Moreover, most MLM companies require you to be an active member in order to promote their products. Most likely you have to pay a hefty monthly subscription fee to remain as an active member.
It is because of these hefty subscription fee that puts people down from trying. People like me, who put in tonnes of effort (selling and promoting the products of the MLM company and learning closely with my uplines) but do not see any results after a 6 months will have to lose a few hundred or thousand of dollars to finally see that it is not working out.
If you are already an active member in a MLM company or had previous experience with MLM companies, you should understand what I am talking about. Although MLSP do fuel your knowledge on MLM Marketing, you have to pay yet another hefty monthly subscription fee to get the education you so require.
In addition, most of the time when you join a MLM company, you will most likely be promoting the MLM membership (i.e. recruiting people under you) rather than selling the actual product the company offer. This will trigger issues with the authorities as they may see it as a ponsi scheme.
Even one of the most renowned MLM companies like Herbalife faces trouble with the authorities. More about Herbalife here. Out of 10 MLM companies, 9 of them close down within the span of 5 years.
MLSP have the most comprehensive training tool for MLM but….
Beware of the upsells within the memberships area. Paying $149.97/mth for the MLSP Mastery do not gain you access to all the training within MLSP training. You have to purchase upgrades to your membership to enjoy the full benefits of the program.
Right after you pay for the MLSP Mastery, you will be urged to pay yearly, sign up for The MLSP Training Library, Attraction Marketing Intensive & Sound Traffic Mojo.
Go yearly?
Don’t you think that the cost for MLSP is way too steep? Although it is necessary to invest in your education, I personally feel that it is not worth spending thousands of dollars on such education platform because I know there are better training platforms which doesn’t cost much money.
The MLSP Training Library
Do you really need the MLSP Training Library? Well, accordingly to most members within MLSP, it is the most valuable upgrade you will need because it consist of all the training and live events ever held since 2008.
To me, the cost of this library is way too steep. Given that you already pay for the yearly fee of $1499.97, and additional $797 for the MLSP Training Library makes it $2,296.97 for initial start up fee. Before you even make any money, you are already a few thousand dollars down. It is just too big of a risk for me.
Attraction Marketing Intensive
Created by a member of MLSP, Diane Hochman, this training gives an additional boost to the Attraction Marketing training available within the MLSP Mastery membership. I have spent many hours going through the entire Attraction Marketing Intensive course and find it useful.
Like the other training videos within MLSP, the contents are useful, but training videos are lengthy and inefficient. Honestly, I feel that the videos can be shortened by many hours if Diane Hochman goes straight to the important points.
Nevertheless, this course is useful and it do change the way I think when I promote products to other people.
Sound Traffic Mojo
Created by Mark Harbert & Frank Marino, members of MLSP, for the purpose of bringing laser targeted traffic to your website or offers. Hmmm… I do not understand this product at all. Creating music, putting it onto your webpage, and getting ranked on search engines.
Isn’t this platform for people who have the passion for creating music? How about for those people who do not know how to create music? Do I need to put a soundtrack on my webpage to utilise this program? Maybe I am having a huge misunderstanding on this product, correct me if I am wrong. I do not see how this program will benefit me in any way.
Just when you thought the upsells are over…
MLSP promote products (MLM Companies) founded by its members as well. Like My Online Business Empire (MOBE) founded by Matt Lloyd and Empire Network founded by Dave Wood. These MLM companies are one of the worst MLM companies you can find because you pay thousands of dollars for low quality online training programs.
If you have read my review on Empire Network, you will understand what I mean. Usually, I am not a person who will discriminate a product, but for some specific reasons, I couldn’t help but to give EN a bad name.
MLSP as an opportunity? – The Compensation Plan
This is a rather complicated compensation plan, more like a hybrid between Affiliate Commissions and MLM Compensations. The only downside to this “opportunity” is that you have to be an active member in order to promote MLSP.
The Affiliate programs that I am familiar with do not require you to be a paid member in order to promote the product. This is why I would not recommend anyone to take MLSP only as an opportunity. The primary reason you should join MLSP is to utilise the training, the MLSP opportunity should be secondary.
My Sincere Advise to You
Though MLSP is not a scam and it do provide valuable training to MLM Marketers, I would still have to give it a negative rating because the cost of the program and all the upsells are way expensive, and the other products promoted within the Member’s area like Empower Network & My Online Business Empire are not beginner friendly.
If you are already a MLM Marketer and you are looking for ways to grow your business then MLSP might be the solution for you, but if you haven’t decide whether to be a MLM marketer, then don’t be a part of it because there are better ways to make money online which do not cost you much to start.
